Trouser Upcycle
By taking surplus jeans you will be shown how to open the side seam and attach a patchworked panel to create a baggy/flared pair of jeans which will be fitted to your size. The patchwork panels will be created by using fabrics of your choosing.

The participates will be creating garments with the option for them to be worn (ideally by the children themselves) in a local Dame Hannah’s fashion show on the 20th August.

Max places: 6 per workshop (2 extra negotiable, if owning and bringing own machines)
Ages: 10 – 18
Abilities: Basic sewing know-how good but not essential
Cost: £10 per person per workshop
